Mom said we could have a little contest. As we said yesterday, Mom will be leaving us in a week to go to the Washington DC area. All of these pictures are of places that Mom will be visiting with her students. We decided to have a contest to see if any of you could name each of the places. They are all within about 2-3 hours of Washington DC and range from Virginia to Pennsylvania and they all have to do with American history (with the exception of one). The picture number is below the picture. The first cat (etc.) to guess all correct (or the one who comes closest) will win a prize package. We will also have a 2nd and 3rd place winner. Good luck and have fun.Picture 1 - Valley Forge, PA
Picture 2 - Amish Country (We are giving this to everyone as we weren't very specific)
Picture 3 - Liberty Bell, Philadelphia, PA
Picture 4 - Independence Hall - Philadelphia, PA
Picture 5 - Arlington National Cemetery
Picture 6 - Gettysburg Battlefield - Gettysburg, PA
Picture 7 - The White House - Washington DC

She went to DC as a HS Senior trip in '78. Liked the Smithsonian best!
