Well, we are back, but we are very annoyed with Mom. Here I am telling her off. She came back on Thursday, and we thought she was home for good, but after about an hour, she left us again. She said she was going to go to dinner. Why would she leave us right after getting home? After dinner, she came home for about 2 minutes and then left us AGAIN. She was gone all night. She said she had to wait in line to get us a new laptop. We suppose it was for a worthy cause, but she was supposed to stay home now. She waited in line all night, but got us our laptop. We are very happy about that, and Mom has promised us she is going to sleep for about 12 hours since she wasn't able to sleep Thursday night/Friday morning. She also promised us she would never leave us all night to stand in line again.PS - We want to wish all of you a belated Happy Thanksgiving. We are so very thankful to have all of you as our friends.

We approve of how you are telling off your Mom. Ours is away right now, and we want to tell her off, except that we know she is visiting HER mom. How can we tell her off for that??

Standing in line all night is hard work...hopefully she scored some cat toys and some nip when she got the laptop...you know sometimes stores give away a gift with purchase...you never know.
Woo Hoo! A new laptop! Mom's laptop is really old, but we also have a PC at home and at Mom's work. Mom doesn't travel enough anymore to justify a new laptop. Yet. She wants a new camera first!

Now, Cody, you should understand your human mom's behavior. When you hunt a mousie, you sit and wait patiently as long as it takes, don't you? Well, that's what your mom did to get that laptop. I bet she learned that kind of patience from you!
I try to fuss at my Mom, too, when she leaves, but she left me again yesterday. I'm glad your mom got a new laptop.
