Mom has placed a line of these Temptations on the floor leading to a red box, and then she has left more in the box. Does anyone know why? I am very leery about going into the box while she is sitting next to it. Actually, I am leery of getting that close to her anyway. Mom says she is experimenting to see if the soft approach works. Last night I went in until just my back feet and my tail weren't in the box. Mom could have pushed my butt in and shut the door, but she isn't going to do that until she is actually ready to take me to our new home. Cody, we think getting in the box is an excellent idea if it means more Temptations! :)
I would be very wary about that if I were you. My Mom used that same trick to get me to the V-E-T for my Ladygardenectomy.
I do NOT like the PTU.

Cody, temptations are always a great reason to go anywhere - but I know how you feel. If the mom WANTS you to do something, that usually means you shouldn't.

Oh Cody! Yes! Come over right away! We'll play and hide and hide and play . . . and then it won't matter WHY there are temptations on the red box. You can have plenty here without a mom or a red box anywhere in sight. Just leave it to us!

I hate those boxes. When I see it coming out I run and hide. But usually I get picked up and stuffed into it. My mum says her top tip is to wear a long-sleeved thick top while doing this in order to avoid getting scratched by the escaping kitty.

I blow Momma's mind. Cuz I like our PTUs! Momma usually keeps 'em put up but she got one of 'em out fur Marilyn to go to the vet for her dental work, and I wented right in it and satted in it and made myself all comfycozy! And when I've gone to the vet I do the same thing. Purretty amazing, huh?
And Marilyn's easy to get inna PTU, too, ecksept she doesn't like it in there much once she's there.
Dorydoo's hardur to get in the PTU and Brainball is the hardest! He HATES the PTU! Makes him yowl and fuss and pee and poo!

Oh my, the PTU *sigh*. I'm easy for Mom to get me in the PTU. I'm very easygoing about doing whatever Mom wants. But once I'm in the PTU, I don't like it much! I peed in mine yesterday!

You have hit the Temptations motherload! Don't ask why? Just enjoy them! Follow them where ever they go! You might want to take a nap in the red box. I bet it's comfy in there and maybe Temptations rain down in there. I think you should really try it.
Something is definitely up, and I think it's a plan to get you to go into the box on your own. You just have to weigh whether all those Temptations are worth getting trapped in the box. What a dilemna!
