That is an excellent rule! Although the two of us usually love having our photo taken. Our humans usually remember to turn off the flash, so it's not too bad.

I read your comment on our blog and sneaked over here to tell you that Jan puts the chair on the bed to keep the big DOGS off. We're kitties. We fit anywhere and we do what we want.
We hope Camie is better behaved on his mom's bed than Buddy. We dogs used to sleep on the bed during the day. But Buddy digs holes in blankets and after he "dug up" a brand new one last month, we got evicted. It's really warmer out here anyway. There's no heat in the bedroom, which is why Buddy tries to dig his way through the covers.
*giggle*, MaoMao and Dorydoo do the same thing as you! I like to pose for the camera, but occasionally Brainball snorts at Mom as if to say, "Hurry up, why don't ya!"
When the flashy box gets too annoying, just walk away until Mom promises to stop for a while.

We move really quickly and leave a blur instead of us on Mom's camera. :)

Although I love having my picture taken, the rest of my staff lives by your rule. My human artist has lots of pictures of their hindquarters!

The moving really quickly away from the camera is equally frustrating! But that can mean walking away!
We definitely adopted this rule at our house, hahaha!

Our friend has 3 rescued greyhound that run run run around their big yard and sleep sleep sleep on his big bed. It is great you all get along!
