Well, we are back, but we are very annoyed with Mom. Here I am telling her off. She came back on Thursday, and we thought she was home for good, but after about an hour, she left us again. She said she was going to go to dinner. Why would she leave us right after getting home? After dinner, she came home for about 2 minutes and then left us AGAIN. She was gone all night. She said she had to wait in line to get us a new laptop. We suppose it was for a worthy cause, but she was supposed to stay home now. She waited in line all night, but got us our laptop. We are very happy about that, and Mom has promised us she is going to sleep for about 12 hours since she wasn't able to sleep Thursday night/Friday morning. She also promised us she would never leave us all night to stand in line again.
Here is a bed we kind of forgot we had, but we really like it. It is really comfortable to nap in.
Here we are trying to keep cool. It has hit over 100 degrees outside, with it reaching over 90 inside. So Mom got us an early birthday present.....
She got us our very own air conditioner for our room. It was installed last evening, and we slept so much better since we got it. It is a little bit loud, but we will take the noise in order to have it cooler inside. Mom is going to let us have a get-together Friday and Saturday for our birthday. It is actually Wednesday. We are going to be 15 years old. Mom will put up an official invitation on Wednesday with the date(s) and times. We've missed you all and can't wait to get caught up on everything that has happened.
