Thankful Thursday

We are thankful that we have a Mom who gives us nommy treats.

Mom can't stand yoghurt, but she bought some just for us. We are well and truely spoiled!

Finally Friday

Mom should know better than to leave the treat container open when I am around. I just tend to dive right in. They are so yummy. (Don't worry, I didn't get in trouble)

After helping myself, I told Tavi about the treats and told him he could share with me. I love sharing with my brother.

P.S. Mom is going to be gone next week, so we are not going to be posting for a week. We will try to post thru the weekend, and then we will be offline Monday thru the following Monday (the 20th). Mom is taking her annual trip to Washington DC with the teen beans. We will try to visit if we can.

Meezer Rule Wednesday & Other Stuff

First, my rule for today: If you share treats nicely with your brother, it is likely you will get more.

Also, we kitties have had a meeting to discuss Mom, and we have come to the conclusion that she is either getting old and senile, or she just doesn't love us anymore. As Gracie told you yesterday, Mom's camera battery ran out of charge, and Mom has know that it was getting low for a couple of weeks. Did Mom put the battery in the charger when she first noticed it was getting low??? NO, because she couldn't find it. The last night, she decided to look one more time because she was deserting us to go to a fish place and all she was going to do was look at them??? But I digress... She looked all over for the charger - in drawers, in her computer bag, under the bed, but she didn't find it in any of those places. You know why??? It was because the charger was plugged into the plug where it was supposed to be. She has been looking off and on for the charger for almost a month now and it was right where it was supposed to be. We really think she is getting senile.

Thankful Thursday

I am thankful that Mom lets me have treats. We are all thankful that when Mom comes home sick, she lets us cuddle her, and we are thankful for all of our friends.

Formerly Feral Friday

This is the best part about being formerly feral. You get to help yourself to the treat container when your mom isn't paying close attention (or when she lets you get away with it).

Treat Thursday

Mom went shopping, and just look at what she got us.

There are 9 different bags of treats there. There are Temp-Ta-Shuns, Pounce treats, and Party Mix. We have never seen so many bags of treats at one time. Here I am checking them all out, and our new treat container.
Here is our new treat container, with all of the different layers of treats. And Below is a closer picture so you can see some of the shapes of the different treats. After Mom layers them, she shakes the container up so they are all mixed together, and we get all different kinds of treats when we get them.

Even Camie got a new treat container, and two boxes of her favorite treats. As you can see, in order to fill up her container, Mom needs at least another box of treats. Mom keeps her treats up high because she is a "counter surfer." They are kept on top of the TV armoire.

We will miss you while Mom is gone. She will be back really late on Saturday.

Treats on Tuesday

We are very sad today as our treat jar is broken and will no longer contain our treats properly. Because of that, we have to make Mom go get us a new treat jar and some new treats. We had more in there, but a bunch fell out when Mom picked it up and we got to nom them all up. (Mom keeps the treat jar next to her bed).

Anatomy of Treat Eating

We know we've posted something like this before, but Mom loves the way I love treats, so she took another series of pictures of me eating a variety of treats - both Temptations and our new favorites, Pounce Crunchy treats.

First, you have to stick your nose in and snifffffff the treats.

Then you crunch them up. It helps to close your eyes so you can savor them more.

Then, you lick your lips and nose to make sure no crumbs escaped.

Then you start all over again.

Friendly Friday and Doodle

Today's Doodle includes Snow People. Can you find them?

Mom was giving us treats and all of us were on the bed together, so Mom was able to take our picture. She says sorry for her foot being in the picture - mol. You can tell how tasty the treats were by Tavi's tongue. We hope you are having a wonderful holiday season.

New Treats

Mom got us some new treats. They are Pounce Crunchy Treats in catnip and chicken flavor. They are soooooooo good. The catnip ones are green swirled and look like clovers, and the chicken ones are shaped like little drumsticks. They are so good and yummy, I even got up on the bed to get mine last night.

Even Tavi decided he just had to have some, and he is not a big treat eater. Here he is trying to take mine away from me (not really - Mom gave us enough for us to share).

We used this picture so you could see just how yummy they are. Look at Tavi lick his lips.

And even though it is hard to tell, all three of us are in the picture, because we were all three almost attacking Mom to get more treats. Miss Jade has the nose and whiskers in the right foreground, and Tavi's throat and chest are in the upper left corner. I of course am in the background asking for more treats. If you haven't had any of these treats, you really need to go get some - they are delicious.

Begging for Treats

Wow, Mama put up my picture again. It isn't often that I get to blog twice so close together. Here I am begging for treats. Mama filled up my treat jar last night. Tiki and Tavi don't seem to like Temptations as much anymore, but they do like Greenies. Mama says they have to be "in the mood" for treats. Me...I'm never not in the mood. Miss Jade is a lot like me in that she also loves treats anytime, anywhere, but Mama doesn't let her have too many, because of her tummy troubles. We hope you all have a restful Sunday.

Easy Like Sunday Morning & Treats

I like to squish my bed up to make it more comfortable. I have 3 beds in the house, and two of them are in my sleeping room. I move them all around whenever I feel like sleeping elsewhere.
In other news, the boys wanted me to post this picture - something about Mom bringing it home Friday night. If you look closely, you can see 5 different layers. They are all mixed up now tho.
